Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Within Pakistan: We charge a standard delivery fee but enjoy FREE shipping on orders above 10,000.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place an order with Fabric Fantasy, here’s what happens next:

  1. Order Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.
  2. Processing & Packing – Our team verifies the order, checks product availability, and carefully packs your items (this may take 6 days.
  3. Shipping & Tracking – Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress.
  4. Delivery to Your Doorstep – Your package will arrive within 6 days For COD orders, please have the payment ready.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! When you place an order with Fabric Fantasy, you will receive an invoice automatically.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

The timing of payment deduction depends on the payment method you choose at Fabric Fantasy:
Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment is deducted beforehand. You pay when you receive your order.

What is wishlist?

A Wishlist on Fabric Fantasy allows you to save your favorite items for future purchases. Instead of adding products to your cart immediately, you can store them in your Wishlist to easily find them later.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

At Fabric Fantasy, we take great care in packing and delivering your order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Us Immediately – Reach out to our customer support within [Your Return Window, e.g., 24-48 hours] of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide Details – Share your order number, along with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Replacement or Refund – Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund, based on our return policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! At Fabric Fantasy, we allow order modifications or cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Order Changes: You can update your order (change size, color, or items) before it is shipped by contacting our customer support.
  • Order Cancellation: If your order has not been processed or shipped, you can request cancellation. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Package Tracking allows you to monitor the status and location of your order after it has been shipped from Fabric Fantasy.
